Exchanges & Returns

• Exchange online only, within 7 days of delivery, on unused fabric with original label attached (local orders).
• Eligible for exchange if we delivered the wrong item, or the item is faulty/damaged.
• Cut or stitched cloth cannot be returned. Sale fabric is exchange-only.
