If you don't like the colour and want to change the article or product, simply contact us on WhatsApp or our official Facebook within 7 days and we'll exchange it — provided the cloth is unused, uncut and still has its label. There are no hidden policies; feel free to contact us and we'll resolve your query.
Exchanges & Returns
- Exchange online only, within 7 days of delivery, on unused fabric with original label attached (local orders).
- Eligible for exchange if we delivered the wrong item, or the item is faulty/damaged.
- Cut or stitched cloth cannot be returned. Sale fabric is exchange-only.
